How do I get started designing my own t-shirts?
You can get started by first selecting "CREATE A SHIRT" in the main menu or by clicking on "START DESIGNING" button in the homepage. By doing the following steps it will jump you to our CUSTOMIZING STUDIO" page. There you will have the flexibility of uploading your own images and choose from various fonts to customize your t-shirt. When you’re ready, choose sizes and quantities. More details about how everything works can also be found in our help center and always feel free to contact us.
Do you outsource your work?
The short answer is No. We often get asked this question and we understant why. Many print on demand websites do not have the tools to print your design in-house which in result they outsource their work to third-parties companies. Us in the other hand print everything in-house, we do everything from receiving your order to printing and shipping.
When will I receive my custom t-shirt order?
For digital printing orders the processing time is just 1-2 business days before being shipped with the delivery option you select at checkout. Take a look at the full breakdown of our shipping and delivery times and don’t hesitate to contact usand we can help you meet your deadline.
Will you be adding new apparel to choose from in the future?
Yes, we are constantly seeking ways to improve our website and help our customers find what they need in one place. At the moment we are just working with T-Shirts.
What is Digital Printing? (DTG) & is there a minimum order for digital printing?
Digital printing (DTG) uses big inkjet printers to print all of the colors of your design right onto your t-shirt, similar to your home desktop printer. This kind of t-shirt printing is appropriate for orders with a lot of colors or limited numbers, such as a single custom printed t-shirt. There is no minimum order for digital printing.
